The terms that govern your use of our website and enrollment in SuperTech (STICS) courses.
Acceptance of terms
By using this website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Use of the website
Please use this website lawfully. Submit genuine enquiries through our forms, and do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site or our systems. To keep things fair and secure we use spam protection and rate limiting, and we may block misuse.
Enrollment & fees
Course fees, durations and schedules are listed on our website and confirmed at enrollment. There is no admission fee. Your seat is confirmed once the agreed fee or first installment is received. We may update fees, outlines and schedules from time to time.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Please review it before enrolling.
Certificates & verification
On completing a course you may be issued a certificate. Certificates can be checked through our online verification tool using the registration number printed on the document. A certificate is valid only when issued by STICS and not altered; we may decline to verify a document that has been tampered with.
Student conduct
Students are expected to respect staff, fellow students and institute property, and to use lab equipment responsibly. We may suspend access for behaviour that disrupts learning or breaches these terms.
Intellectual property
Course materials, branding and website content are the property of SuperTech (STICS) and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. Some photographs are licensed from third parties and used for illustration only.
Third-party services & links
Our website uses and links to third-party services such as Google reCAPTCHA, Google Maps and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Limitation of liability
We provide training in good faith but do not guarantee specific employment or income outcomes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute relating to this website or our services is subject to the courts of Rawalpindi, Punjab.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
